I felt I would like to write to thank you for the wonderful job you did of fitting my new kitchen. As I am sure you will be aware, having any work done in the house is always a nightmare, especially in the kitchen. However I have to say that yourself and the boys, Darren and Ross, went out of their way to ensure that the transition from the old kitchen to the new was as smooth as possible. I particularly liked the fact that not only did the boys arrive on time and completed the job when they said they would but they genuinely took an interest in the finish of the kitchen and went out of their way to make any changes necessary to ensure the completed job would be as perfect as possible. Also at the beginning on selecting the kitchen you yourself were extremely helpful in terms of advice and keeping the cost down. Your after sales service and assistance was second to none.
What can I say Scott but if I had a new house that required a kitchen I would come to you. I would have no problem recommending Your Home Design Centre – it is a most reliable, value for money company with genuine people. If I move house in the future and wish to change my kitchen I will certainly give you a call

Hi Scott,
Just a quick note to say thanks for the work carried out recently. The new kitchen is superb and the fact that you finished it in a couple of days and just before Christmas was excellent. The boys were really helpful, pleasant and tidied up after each day... and always on time. The high standard of work was what prompted us to call you again when our bathrooms both needed replaced and once again you and the team did a great job ... you co-ordinated the team of fitters, plumbers, tilers and plasterers and each stage passed without any problems. As with any work there are always a couple of small points that need done afterwards and you have responded to sort these immediately ... a lot of companies take your money and are not interested in doing anything that crops up later ...but not Your Home Design Centre ....I would also like to comment on your advice and suggestions when it came to planning the layout of the rooms which was great ...and lastly and one of the most important points..... the job was done at a decent price so we didn’t feel ripped off at the end. All in all we are delighted with the work done and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone looking for a new kitchen or bathroom.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased Pauline and I are with the new kitchen. The quality of the units, and the standard of the workmanship throughout has been exceptional. Like most people who embark on such an expensive project, we spent a long time trying to find a company we could trust to give us a good service and, above all, value for money. In every aspect, YOUR HOME far exceeded our expectations. From the first time we stepped into your showroom, we had the feeling we were in good hands, and this continued for the duration of the fitting. As you quickly became aware, Pauline and I are quite demanding and, unfortunately, we have had tradesmen in the past who simply didn’t meet our standards and we have subjected them to fierce criticism (or thrown them out of our home!). The team you had in our house were courteous, professional and, importantly, very good at their job. They turned up when they were supposed to, or on the rare occasion they were late/cought up in the notorious EK traffic, they always called to let us know. Their willingness to go the extra mile, with all the wee ‘extra’ jobs and the fact that they all seemed genuinely keen to give us the kitchen we wanted is what sets them apart from other tradesmen we’ve had. They were all so helpful I am reluctant to single out anyone, but I must give Darren and Ross a special mention. The effort they put in for us and the standard of their work is outstanding.
Should we require any further work done in our home, you will be our first port of call and we would have no hesitation recommending your firm to friends/family. Please pass on our sincere hanks to all of the team.
